Hammerhouse teams may be retained for the purpose of enhancing specific efforts around your targeted infilling or expansion goals. We approach the retained search as an exclusive project undertaken on behalf of a client based on the objective. We have two types of retained search services.
- PODs (Professional & Organized Detachment) are retained to impact infilling and expansion efforts in support of a single leader/client closer.
- Executive and Production Leadership Retained Services are traditional retained arrangements for filling mission critical leadership positions.
POD Retained Option
In retaining Hammerhouse, the client “acquires” our time and resources specifically and exclusively. These resources come in the form of a Hammerhouse POD dedicated to a targeted market. A Hammerhouse POD consists of an Account Manager (Vice President), Recruiter (Strategic Growth Partner) and Recruiting Coordinator. The Account Manager and Recruiter work as a team in the targeted market to effectively execute the project and campaign leveraging activity and our proprietary methodology to source, contact, attract, model-match, hire and retain, based on our client’s needs. Services include:
- Develop target Lists
- Contact prospect
- Access using Hammerhouse proprietary model-match processes
- Develop and create market awareness to support PR efforts
- Conduct weekly accountability calls
- Set, coordinate, and confirm meetings with Client Managers
- Set pipeline management prioritization
- Hold accountability to all ACTION steps
- Provide leadership with summary reports
Executive and Production Leadership Retained Option
The Hammerhouse team has worked on C-level and executive positions for many different clients. We can identify passive candidates for any position within the financial services industry nationally. We have an extensive network of relationships and respect from industry leaders, and market movers, at the executive level on a national basis. We place passive candidates for any and all C-level mission critical positions through existing relationships, or through our ability to headhunt these candidates. We are master networkers and confident in our ability to leverage existing relationship or undergo new search efforts. Services include:
- Research for target list creation and contact for model-match candidates
- Weekly accountability calls
- Setting up establish meetings with client managers and candidates
- Pipeline management and clear ACTION setting
- Summary reports on activity
- Completing project on time and exceeding client expectations
