Eric Levin has spent nearly 15 years supporting the strategic growth needs of clients within the Financial Services Industry as an external recruiting partner with an internal “value add” approach. In his role as Managing Partner with Hammerhouse he provides day to day support across all lines of company business. Prior to Partnering in Hammerhouse, Eric was the Managing Director of a 30 year old Executive Search Firm and helped to build one of the nation’s premier search partnership groups supporting the Mortgage Banking Industry. In this prior role he built and led a team of Account Managers and Recruiters heading up search efforts for numerous mortgage banking clients focusing on Executive Management as well as individual and group placements within Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Channels. Eric continues to utilize a hands on/client partnership approach that extend into on-site coaching and training, as well as authoring articles for various industry publications. Outside of the industry, Eric stays busy in various ways, serving on the Board of the Catawba Valley YMCA, as a Youth Football and Basketball Coach, and spending as much time as possible with his wife Nikki and their two sons, Abe and Tate.
