Hammerhouse, LLC is a national recruiting firm with mortgage sales at our core. Our strategic partners include national and regional financial services organizations that are well capitalized and looking to leverage the current market to grow their sales force and leadership teams with tenured and successful financial services professionals. Our primary goal at Hammerhouse, LLC is to create a world class headhunting firm for the financial services sector. Beyond mortgage we have and will continue to engage other verticals in financial services. The financial service areas that we support are; residential and commercial mortgage firms, investment management firms, banks, mutual fund companies, insurance companies, and brokerage houses, real estate firms, title & escrow firms.
 
To put it simply, our function is to get our clients to a position where they can Attract, Hire, Acclimate and Retain the people who are a model match for their business. We are a team of professional ‘sales’ focused headhunters who have worked internally with national mortgage bankers and also externally in the agency world. Our group has been involved in growing our clients from single locations to national market coverage by building out sales and executive leadership as well as production teams in retail, wholesale and correspondent mortgage banking, as well as other financial services firms and sales teams.
 
Our value proposition is that we make inaccessible, passive model match candidates accessible to our clients. We recruit commissioned sales people and leadership with teams to create additional incremental revenue for the clients we work with.
