While in line at a Starbucks recently, I noticed that the patrons looked listless. Even, though every seat was full and every person was busy with a laptop, cell phone or iPad, there was an overwhelming lack of enthusiasm. Maybe the coffee hadn’t kicked in for them yet, or maybe they were just stuck in the ‘mud.’
